Support
Email support@getpr.app and you will get a reply from the person who builds PR. There is no ticket queue and no bot.
1. Reporting something from inside the app
The fastest route, because it reaches the same inbox with your account already attached: open Settings → Contact Support in PR, pick Bug Report, Feature or General, and send. Replies come back to the email on your account.
For a bug, the useful details are what you tapped, what happened instead, and your iPhone and iOS version. A screenshot helps more than a description of a screenshot.
2. Your data
- Export your workouts: Settings → Export Workouts. Do this before deleting anything you might want later.
- Import data: Settings → Import Data.
- Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your synced workouts, metrics and progress photos from the servers and clears the app on your device. It cannot be undone.
- What is stored, and where: the Privacy Policy covers it in full. The short version is that your workouts, metrics and photos are visible only inside your account.
3. Primed: cloud and on-device coaching
Primed uses Cloud AI by default. Cloud AI needs a signed-in PR account and an internet connection; it does not require Apple Intelligence. Your messages, recent conversation, and a summary of your training pass securely through PR’s server to OpenAI to generate a reply, never to train models. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and retention details.
Choose Settings → Coach model → On-device for offline coaching with Apple’s model. This mode runs the conversation on your phone and sends no coaching messages to PR or OpenAI. It requires a compatible iPhone running iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence enabled. That requirement applies only to on-device coaching.
Cloud AI has short-term and daily usage limits to keep coaching available for everyone. If you reach a limit, Primed shows a message asking you to try again later, with an estimated wait when available. Daily limits can mean a longer wait than a few minutes. You can also choose On-device in Settings → Coach model if your iPhone supports it.
Primed can answer questions using your training history, draft plans for you to preview and save, and add, remove, or swap exercises when you ask it to change a saved routine. Routine edits appear in chat with Undo. It does not automatically run weekly check-ins or adjust training blocks and nutrition targets. It is software, not a trainer — see the Terms of Service.
4. Apple Health
With your permission, PR reads heart rate and body weight from Apple Health and writes finished workouts and weigh-ins back to Health. If data stops appearing, check PR’s permissions in the Health app or iOS Settings. Read and write permissions are separate for each data type.
5. Purchases
- Restore a purchase on a new phone with the Restore button on the plan screen. Use the same Apple ID that bought it.
- Cancel a subscription in App Store → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it, and we cannot cancel it for you — Apple owns that switch.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them.
6. Signing in
Sign-in codes come from login@getpr.app. If one has not arrived after a minute, check spam. If you use Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, mail reaches you through Apple's relay — make sure the relay address is still active in your Apple ID settings.
